Motion:
“That the amendments to Rule 3.6 of the Isolated Children’s Parents’ Association of Australia (Inc) Constitution, as circulated, be adopted.”
Explanation:
• Sub-rule 3.6.4 – Delete ‘Federal’ and replace with ‘ICPA’
• Sub-rule 3.6.5 – Add ‘ICPA’ to ‘School Corporate member’
The renaming of ‘Federal Corporate Member’ to ‘ICPA Corporate Member’ is more reflective of the membership category. Corporate Members are members of ICPA as an organisation rather than just Federal ICPA. Furthermore, the addition of ‘ICPA’ to ‘School Corporate Members’ brings consistency to both Corporate membership categories.
